  • Reformer Pilates/Open Level

    The open level class is ideal for those who are new to Pilates on the reformer equipment but is challenging enough for experienced students who want to refine their skills and concentrate on the fundamentals. It focuses on core and overall body strength, coordination, and flexibility! It incorporates dynamic strength training for a total body workout. Every class is a challenging, fun and effective workout!

  • Strengthen & Lengthen Open Level Reformer

    This is an open level class that focuses on the balance between strength building and flexibility. This class is beginner friendly with variations offered to challenge experienced movers.

  • Savor & Synchronize Open Level Reformer

    This is an open level reformer class that focuses on synchronizing movement with breath, holding exercises for longer repetitions, and savoring the action spots of each movement. This class is great for any mover who is looking to hone in their skills within a Classical Pilates flow.

  • Pilates Essentials/Beginner's Level

    The Pilates Essentials class is ideal for those who are new to Pilates or those needing a refresher. This class is a great introduction to Pilates principles, fundamental movements, and the use of the reformer equpiment.

  • Amped Up Reformer

    This is an intermediate level class that is ideal for those who are ready to build on their fundamentals and explore the intermediate/advanced reformer work. This is a faster paced class that will challenge students to build their strength and understanding of the Pilates work. Modifications and variations will be offered for all movers throughout class.

  • Reformer Power Hour

    This is a reformer class meant for movers who have been practicing Pilates regularly and are ready to concentrate on more intermediate and advanced exercises. The class is taken at a faster pace to fit in more repertoire.

  • Open Level Reformer with Props

    This is an open level reformer class that introduces props like the Magic Circle, Yoga Strap, Theraband, and others to enhance and challenge the Classical Pilates flow.

  • Glutes & Abs Open Level Reformer

    This is an open level reformer class that is full body with an emphasis on exercises that target abdominal and glute engagement.

  • Cardio Jumpboard/Reformer Pilates

    This is an open level class that uses the jumpboard as well as the classic reformer work. Jumpboard allows you to find cardio work while on the reformer. Get ready to get your heart rate pumping!

  • Trampoline Cardio/Mat Pilates Open Level

    This class combines high intensity low impact cardio of a Trampoline class with Mat Pilates core and overall body toning moves. The various cardio moves will challenge the mind/coordination while toning the body. Throughout the workout, mat pilates core exercises are incorporated and stretching to end the class. Sneakers are required.

  • Tower/Mat Pilates Open Level

    This is an open level class that used the Tower, another piece of Pilates equipment that uses springs and other attachments. This class will also include Mat Pilates work to support the Tower exercises. The focus will be building on the fundamentals and exploring your strength and flexibility without the Reformer. There will be modifications and variations offered for all levels of movers.

  • Mat Pilates - Sweat and Stretch

    This is a 55 minute high energy class focused on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. For the first 40 minutes students will be guided through a mat pilates based fitness routine working through multiple reps with small breaks in between. The last 15 minutes of class will be dedicated to cooling down the body while moving through deep restorative stretches and poses to help lengthen the muscles.

  • Core Barre

    Core Barre class combines exercises done in Mat Pilates and Yoga class, with an added spin of concentrating on classical ballet postures and positions. Core barre strengthens the body, lengthens the muscles and builds natural mobility while paying special attention to challenging your core, glutes, and leg muscles. This class is a great way to introduce your body to ballet technique (with a big emphasis on the external rotation of the hips) while cross-training to strengthen your practice in Pilates and other forms of exercise.
